Morgan Solar offered $2.3 million in funding from SDTC
January 13th, 2010 by Nic Morgan
Morgan Solar has been offered an additional $2.3 million CAD from Sustainable Development Technology Canada, as part of their current round of funding announced today. The SDTC offered $58 million to 16 companies for the development of various sustainable projects or projects with an environmental benefit.
Notably, Morgan Solar was the only solar company offered funding in this funding round. These funds will be used to help us deploy test installations of our Sun Simba HCPV panels, as well as provide funding for the ongoing testing and verification of panel performance.
Check our the SDTC press release (French version here). Obviously, this is something we’re fairly happy to announce.
